DESCRIPTION

1.Fully or semi-automatic placement of second glass.

2.Automatic removal of the paper interleaf and grabbing of the second glass and hanging it 28 mm above the first glass, simultaneous alignment of the two glasses and automatically combined or after the operator presses the confirmation button.

MODULES REWORKING HANDLER

DESCRIPTION

1.Automatic gripping of the second glass of a glass-glass module. Theglass is moved over the operating station. After reworking the module, theglasses are aligned and combined again.

DESCRIPTION

1.Can be placed before lamination or at the end of the production line.

2.Defective modules can be automatically recognized through AI calculation after capturing EL image.

3.Multiple cameras scanning system. With the capability to detect various types of defects: hidden cracks, broken grids, false
welds, bright and dark cells etc. Missing detection rate < 0.05%, misjudgment < 2%.

4.Equipped with AI-assisted defect identification and mark of location). Saving of measured data to SQL database and
uploaded to ME.

AUTO BUSSING MACHINE
